What is Direct Cremation?

Direct cremation means that the person who has died is handed into our care for us to arrange and perform a straightforward cremation service. As part of this service, we will dress the deceased in a simple gown and schedule when the service will take place. Afterwards, we can arrange to scatter their ashes in the garden of remembrance or make arrangements for a loved one to collect them.
