Good at what they do
From start to finish, the whole team were wonderful. They helped at every hurdle, were compassionate, caring and friendly. Marie, in the office was particularly helpful and always answered all my e mails and phone calls with great speed. The pall bearers and other staff at the graveside were kind to my mother ( it was my fathers funeral ) and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else.

I cannot thank T A Ellement enough for their kindness and understanding when arranging my fathers funeral. Even though we were unable visit the office in Ruislip due to the restrictions, the care, patience and support given to me by Marie on the telephone was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble.

A beloved father: Leonard Samuel Jarrett Following an unsatisfactory experience late at night with another firm of funeral directors shortly after my father died, I decided to find another firm, and it was fortuitous to engage T A Ellement & Son Ltd. in Pinner. Victoria answered the phone, and gave such kind and appropriate support, and advice at this difficult time. I cannot overstate the compassionate, dignified, and efficient service this family firm offer. I felt confident and assured that everything would go as well as was possible; and indeed this was the case. Beautiful farewell

My experience
Heather at the Northwood branch arranged my brother’s funeral seamlessly throughout, she was very thorough in explaining the whole process, nothing was too much trouble for her and she had an endless amount of patience when it came to composing the order of service. She has a lovely empathetic manner and by arranging and overseeing everything she did help to take some of the pain away at a time most needed. I would also like to pay credit to the funeral staff that accompanied the hearse and acted as pall bearers due to the pandemic, who were also very courteous and respectful.

Highly recommend
We used their Northwood office. Nothing was too much trouble from our initial call, through the process of death certificates, funeral choices, details and arrangements to the cremation day itself.
All the team were kind, supportive and understanding of the nuances we’d asked for as Mum wanted.
On the day, there was a demonstrable respect and yet sense of getting our humour in such circumstances.

Friendly and efficient
Dealing with the funeral of a loved one is a traumatic and emotional time especially during the current Covid pandemic. So having someone like Heather coordinating everything makes it more bearable. All the details were taken care of and the funeral itself went as well as can be expected. Overall a very good service.

Outstanding service
Marie made the arranging of saying goodbye to our mum so much easier. From the first phone call she was so patient and helpful. Going over the options, costs and answering all our questions even the strange stupid ones. We had no idea where to start with it all. Marie checked everything was as we wanted and planning the final details. On the day the team were so caring respectful and made sure everything was as We had requested. The chapel of rest was laid out beautifully and none of the family felt rushed or uneasy saying our final farewells while there. Marie always at the end of a phone or email and responded quickly to any changes or questions. We are so grateful to the team We had no idea were to start and something My sister and I never wanted to do but Marie made it all so simple and so easy to plan the perfect good bye. Funerals aren’t easy at the best of times but even harder at the moment with covid.
